Responsibility
- Manage and process daily sales orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with inventory availability.
- Optimize stock allocation across warehouses and distribution centers to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
- Develop and implement efficient load-building strategies to maximize capacity utilization and reduce transportation costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, transport, sales) to ensure timely and compliant order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to improve turnover and reduce holding costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all logistics operations.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Generate reports on inventory performance, delivery metrics, and load optimization for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or load planning, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean logistics principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
