Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize space utilization and streamline workflows.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address inventory-related inquiries and issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics best practices and industry standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
