Responsibility
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor production schedules and workflows to meet delivery deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain best practices in manufacturing processes, including lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
- Utilize AWS and Visual Basic (VB) tools to streamline production tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health/safety protocols.
- Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems.
- Experience with AWS, Visual Basic (VB), or other production-related software is a plus.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
