Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain and update inventory records using warehouse management systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and optimize supply chain processes.
- Oversee the preparation of shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and logistics activities for management review.
- Assist in the training and supervision of warehouse staff to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices in logistics management.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
