Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, inspecting, and logging of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Prepare and dispatch goods using proper documentation and handling procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (1+ years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle goods (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory software, Excel) for data entry and tracking.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and equipment operation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
