Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Coordinate inventory management, including stock counts, audits, and cycle counts.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline operations.
- Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
