Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily haulage operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of logistics and transport professionals.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Manage budgets, resources, and logistics to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the transport or logistics sector.

- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
