Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on medicated oils and topical products to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product consistency and safety.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, providing actionable feedback and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including test results, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards.
- Perform root cause analysis for any deviations or non-conformities and recommend preventive measures.
- Assist in the training and development of staff on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier and vendor performance to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP) is a plus.
