Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital or manual systems.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring easy retrieval and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and process outgoing orders, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently where required.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum O-Level/N-Level or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry) and numeracy.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Canggu, Bali on a contract basis.
