Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify high-quality, cost-effective vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes and evaluate supplier proposals for key procurement projects.
- Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices and regulatory compliance in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
