Responsibility
- Supervise and optimize PCB production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and output quality.
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in PCB or electronics production.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing production teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot production issues.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
