Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and materials with accuracy
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain organized inventory through proper stock rotation and storage methods
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain clean and safe work environment by following 5S principles
- Assist with documentation and record-keeping for all warehouse activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic English communication skills (ability to read and understand simple instructions)
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25kg safely and repeatedly
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic numeracy skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance record
- No prior experience required - full training provided
