Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Resolve any operational issues and provide solutions to improve workflow.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
