Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes and reduce costs.
- Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of logistics and supply chain professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Resolve operational challenges and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, inventory management systems, and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
