Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility of stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand, prevent stockouts, and minimize excess inventory.
- Supervise a team of storekeepers and warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free working environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions to maximize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and operational metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven expertise in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (relocation support provided).
