Join PERSOL as an Order Management Specialist in a dynamic 6-month contract role, supporting the Europe market during evening shifts (2:15 PM – 11:15 PM). Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently within the Europe market time zone.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to prevent stockouts or delays.
- Resolve order discrepancies, customer inquiries, and shipping issues with professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date records in ERP systems and generate reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order management workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders during evening shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, logistics, or customer service.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (2:15 PM – 11:15 PM).
- Familiarity with European market operations is a plus.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote-friendly work environment.
