Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of machinery parts, tools, and equipment using our digital inventory system
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of critical parts and materials
- Prepare and package materials for internal distribution to various departments and project sites
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports to prevent shortages or excess inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/storage environment following company standards
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management best practices
- Provide excellent service to internal customers, responding promptly to requests for parts and information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or similar role
- Proven ability to work with inventory management software and digital tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Basic understanding of machinery parts and industrial equipment (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments
