Responsibility
- Oversee and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
- Coordinate material delivery schedules to align with production timelines and minimize downtime.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics challenges and negotiate favorable terms.
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand, mitigate risks, and improve decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all supply chain activities.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, highlighting KPIs, bottlenecks, and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of lean principles, Just-in-Time (JIT), and demand planning methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or APICS are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
