Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high productivity levels.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions in workflow.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
