Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to align with business objectives and customer demand.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of production schedules while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Forecast material requirements and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all production processes.
- Utilize ERP or MRP systems to track production progress, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate bottlenecks in the production pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
