Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain precise inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment and shipment processing.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to enhance space utilization and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to manage inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other WMS) and generate reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners.
