Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space, reduce costs, and improve order fulfillment speed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies for warehouse management.
- Prepare and present performance reports, analyzing KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage multilingual skills (Mandarin, English, Tagalog) to facilitate communication with global stakeholders and local teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
