Based in Badung, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to ensure a high-performing team.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch of exhibition materials, equipment, and assets with meticulous attention to detail.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and SOPs to optimize space utilization, workflow efficiency, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, logistics teams, and vendors to align warehouse operations with event timelines and client requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues proactively to minimize disruptions to event preparations.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in exhibitions, events, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and lean logistics principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP software. Familiarity with SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a strong asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support event schedules.
