Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service at outlet locations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of production activities, including events, workshops, or promotional campaigns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outlet spaces, adhering to company standards and hygiene protocols.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, coordinating with the production team to ensure adequate supplies.
- Support the sales process by processing transactions, handling cash, and operating POS systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily tasks, troubleshoot issues, and meet operational goals.
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of products or materials for distribution or retail sale.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies, product knowledge, and service techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or production support roles, preferably in a hospitality or educational setting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
