Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of thematic attraction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, vendors, and on-site staff, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and risk management plans to mitigate potential delays.
- Coordinate with local authorities, contractors, and stakeholders to secure permits, licenses, and compliance with regional regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reports to senior management.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to safety, design, and operational standards.
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements, present progress updates, and address feedback or adjustments.
- Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or event management, preferably in thematic attractions, hospitality, or construction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance in Indonesia (Bali) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other project sites as required.
