Responsibility
- Process all guest transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with courtesy and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the outlet team to ensure smooth operations, including coordinating with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cashier station, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile financial records as required by management.
- Stay updated on promotional offers, menu changes, and hotel policies to provide accurate information to guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier, preferably in a hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
- Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for Bali.
