Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Support the management team in supervising staff and ensuring service standards
- Learn and execute inventory management, cost control, and sales reporting
- Train and mentor new team members to maintain high performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong leadership potential and a proactive attitude
