Responsibility
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations under the guidance of experienced chefs
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas
- Support the service team with order taking, table setting, and meal service
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
- Follow all food safety and workplace health regulations
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, culinary, or related program
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
