Are you passionate about coffee and creating unforgettable customer experiences? The Table Group Inc. is expanding its team in Bali and is looking for enthusiastic Full-Time Baristas to join our vibrant coffee culture in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you master the art of coffee-making, from perfecting espresso shots to crafting latte art. Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks, adhering to company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality at all times.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Restock supplies, including coffee beans, syrups, and pastries, and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices for coffee preparation and customer service.
Qualifications
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the specialty coffee industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg (e.g., coffee bean bags).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or as a barista is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
