Responsibility
- Design and deliver customized luxury travel experiences for high-net-worth clients, including itineraries, accommodations, and exclusive activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service from booking to post-stay follow-up.
- Collaborate with luxury hotels, resorts, and local partners to secure exclusive perks, upgrades, and VIP treatments for clients.
- Conduct thorough research on destinations, trends, and client preferences to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and logistics with precision, ensuring flawless execution of every travel plan.
- Handle client inquiries, special requests, and last-minute changes with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain detailed records of client preferences, feedback, and travel history to personalize future experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging destinations, and luxury travel innovations to provide cutting-edge recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, travel advisory, or concierge services (3+ years preferred).
- Deep knowledge of Baliās luxury travel scene, including top hotels, resorts, and hidden gems in Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, and beyond.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle confidential information, and deliver solutions with discretion.
- Passion for travel, culture, and creating unforgettable experiences for clients.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
