Responsibility
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including restocking supplies and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Support the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Fluency in English or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
