Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of e-commerce orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Develop and implement KPIs to monitor team productivity, order fulfillment speed, and inventory accuracy, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and automation tools to maximize space utilization and reduce operational costs by 15-20%.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts and minimize stockouts or overstock.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, as well as company SOPs for quality control and workplace safety.
- Implement and maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP tools to streamline operations and generate actionable reports.
- Resolve escalated operational issues, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, with proactive and customer-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with at least 2 years in e-commerce fulfillment.
- Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing team performance in a high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean warehouse principles, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations, import/export procedures, and local logistics providers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
