Responsibility
- Monitor and optimize sea freight operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and clients to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking and reporting.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Liaise with customs and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with international shipping standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistics-related concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client retention and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sea freight operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures.
- Proficient in using logistics management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia, with flexibility for occasional travel if required.
