Responsibility
- Transport and deliver documents, packages, and materials between company offices, clients, and partners in a timely and secure manner.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain necessary signatures or confirmations upon completion of each assignment.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including timestamps, recipient details, and any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics and administrative teams to prioritize deliveries based on urgency and importance.
- Ensure vehicle (if applicable) is well-maintained, clean, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Handle sensitive or confidential materials with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols while performing duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or delivery services is a plus.
- Proven experience in a messenger, delivery, or utility role, preferably within a corporate or industrial setting.
- Valid driver’s license (for motorbike or car) with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of the Badung region, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- Professional demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in using GPS and mobile applications for route optimization.
