Responsibility
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching beauty products.
- Utilize Jubelio and Easy Boss applications to maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure timely and efficient logistics.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization.
- Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management software such as Jubelio and Easy Boss.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
