Responsibility
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Prepare raw materials, supporting materials, and tools required for production processes.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on products to identify and report any defects or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document production activities, including output, downtime, and any incidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of production processes and quality control.
