Join PT Arma Anugerah Abadi, a leading manufacturing and logistics company, as a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Bali. As a QA Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes, conduct thorough inspections, and identify areas for improvement. Your expertise will directly impact product integrity, regulatory compliance, and customer trust.
This is a contract-based opportunity offering competitive compensation (Rp 5,000,000 – Rp 7,000,000 per month) and the chance to work in Bali’s vibrant business hubs, including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Identify defects, root causes, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality metrics, test results, and compliance reports.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies.
- Proficient in quality control tools and software (e.g., SPC, FMEA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
