As part of our Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics division, you will serve as the central hub for real-time monitoring, problem-solving, and communication across field teams. Your expertise will ensure seamless workflows, timely resolutions, and exceptional service delivery. With a competitive salary range of IDR 5,060,000 – 5,289,000 per month, this role combines stability with the chance to grow in a globally connected industry.
Based in Surabaya but supporting operations across Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Responsibility
- Monitor and coordinate field operations in real-time using control tower systems and tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for field teams, resolving operational bottlenecks and escalations.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of daily operations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
- Facilitate communication between on-ground staff, management, and clients to ensure transparency.
- Assist in the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for field operations.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, inventory tracking, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or logistics coordination (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
- Basic understanding of supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or holidays, as needed.
