Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance productivity.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including warehouse staff, drivers, and production personnel, to meet KPIs and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods to clients across Bali and beyond.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to uphold product and service excellence.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast demand, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operations with business goals and expansion plans.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or transportation.
- Proven track record of leading teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
