Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.
- Lead and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage warehouse space utilization to maximize storage capacity.
- Resolve operational issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
