Responsibility

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement to support production schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, warehouse, finance) to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Resolve supply chain disruptions and vendor-related issues promptly to minimize operational delays.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, including budget tracking and expenditure analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices and company procurement guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and make cost-effective decisions.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market suppliers and local procurement regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
