Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and protocols in alignment with industry best practices and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and management teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance metrics, trends, and areas requiring attention.
- Train and mentor QC team members to enhance their skills and ensure consistent application of quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement effective solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software, such as Six Sigma, SPC, or Minitab, is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
