Responsibility
- Accurately pack and label products according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Inspect finished goods for defects, damage, or discrepancies before packaging.
- Verify product quantities, weights, and specifications to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate packing machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in compliance with safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to prepare shipments for timely delivery.
- Record packing data, including batch numbers and quantities, in the company’s tracking system.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting stock levels and potential shortages.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in packing, warehousing, or production environments (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Physical stamina to lift and move products (up to 20-25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or packing software is advantageous.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines.
