Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for equipment and supplies.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Prior experience in aquatic or sports facilities is a plus.
