Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers for raw and packaging materials to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any material quality issues, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage supplier approval processes, including documentation, audits, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to align purchasing activities with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions, supplier performance, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new materials to drive continuous improvement in procurement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and supplier audits.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
