Based in Denpasar, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize purchasing strategies, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards—all while contributing to the success of one of Indonesia’s most exciting F&B brands.
Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and reliable deliveries.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers without compromising quality.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and verify deliveries against invoices for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance and warehouse teams to align purchasing activities with budget and storage constraints.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, spending, and supplier performance to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and local/import regulations is a plus.
