Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks, including office supplies management and facility maintenance.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement activities with budgetary goals.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or general affairs, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to build vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
