Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage organization, and logistics coordination.
- Assist in planning and executing residential property renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities and renovation sites to identify and address operational or structural issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to streamline procurement and project workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and renovation progress using digital tools and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in both warehouse and renovation environments.
- Provide on-site support during critical phases of renovation projects, including material handling and quality control.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost optimization for warehouse and renovation activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or property renovation.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness to handle fieldwork and manual tasks as required.
