You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of utility systems, as well as leading a team to uphold the highest standards of occupational health and safety (K3).

Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of industrial utility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor utility systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components, to identify and address potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to utility systems in a timely manner.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Install and commission new utility systems and equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of utility systems with production processes.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in utility system maintenance and safety.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial utility systems.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety (K3) standards and regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
