Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock tracking, cycle counting, and reporting discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Optimize warehouse space and organize storage to improve efficiency and accessibility.
- Track delivery statuses and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles, inventory systems, or supply chain operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or logistics software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to address logistics challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
